What are Life Groups?
Life Groups connect people to the real Jesus in a real way by bringing people together so they can belong in relationships with each other.
They are a collection of people who find themselves in a similar life stage. Whether that stage is based upon age, gender, marital status or simply some affinity, all Life Groups have this in common—they are based on belonging, in authentic relationships with God and each other.
God created you to thrive, grow and belong by living in relationships. Life Groups at The MET are one of the ways to help you do just that. We want to help you connect to others and help you live for more.
Most groups spend time in prayer, worship, Bible study and discussing what’s happening in their lives. During the month, they may serve meals to a group member who is sick, help another member move into a new house or care for each other's children. They may even serve in a ministry together.
When and where do the Groups meet?
No matter what day of the week you can make it, we have a group that meets that day—any day of the week. Groups meet at different times in many different places so there will be one that is convenient and fits your schedule.
We also have Sunday morning Groups who meet weekly on our campus. The meeting times are 8:15, 9:30 and 11:00 a.m.
