Adventure Children's Camp 2010

What will your kids be doing this summer?

How about experiencing 4 days of fun-filled, life-changing events!

Adventure Children’s Camp

June 23-26
Camp Trinity Pines
For children who have completed grades 2 – 6

Each day is packed with Bible studies, worship, hilarious skits, water activities, a ropes course and so much more! This year the camp lineup will feature Jesse the Juggler as speaker and Brent Weber leading worship.

Our hope is that 4 days at camp will provide your child with the adventure of a lifetime as well as a deeper commitment to Christ.

Price

Adventure Children’s Camp is $240 per child. Early Bird Special: Pay only $220 if camp fees are paid in full by April 15.

*Please note that the Early Bird Special cannot be applied to payment plans.

There are two ways to pay for camp:

  1. Make a $100 non-refundable cash or check deposit. The balance must be paid by June 1.
  2. Sign up for the payment plan using a credit or debit card which will automatically be drafted monthly from your account. This option allows you to break up your fee into five monthly payments of $48. After initial set-up, all future payments will be drafted on the 1st of each month ending with the final payment on June 1. Click here to sign up for the payment plan online. You can also make a one-time online payment of the full amount using a credit or debit card.

Camp Scholarship Fund

Each year many children who would not otherwise be able to attend camp are able to go because of the generosity of our members in contributing to our scholarship fund. If you feel led, contributions to this fund (in addition to your normal tithe) may be made at the Administration Building or by dropping a check in the offering plate with “Children’s Camp Scholarship” in the memo section. A full scholarship is $220, but donations in any amount are appreciated. Thank you for helping our children experience the opportunity of a lifetime.

Registration

Your child is not considered registered for camp until all forms are turned in along with a $100 non-refundable deposit or a payment plan has been set up.  All fees must be paid in full by June 1.

The required forms and documents are:

Adventure Childrens Camp Registration Form (2 pages)
Trinity Pines Release Form
Medical & Photo Release
Camper Profile
Front and back copy of health insurance card

Turning in Registration Forms

When your camp forms and documents are complete, they can be turned in at the following locations:

  • Guest Services at the Jones Road Campus on Sunday mornings

  • Check-in stations at the Fry Road Campus on Sunday mornings

  • The Administration Building at 12851 Jones Road, Monday through Thursday

If your child is not accustomed to sleeping away from home, a 4-day camp might not be the best place to start. Ultimately, it is your decision whether or not to send your child to camp, but a child who is not ready for the separation can result in an unhappy experience for him/her and for the parents back home.

Cancellation Policy:

Campers who cancel before May 1 will be refunded all but the $100 deposit. Campers on the payment plan will be refunded anything over $100 that has been paid. If cancellations occur after May 1, 2010, refunds will not be given unless we are able to fill the space from the waiting list.
