At The MET, serving is an essential step in our strategy to connect people each day to the real Jesus in a real way and is fundamental to a complete relationship with Christ and His bride, the church. Our churchwide value of Unselfish Service is primarily lived out here. In fact, we have found that the best leaders are servants first:

Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. (Mark 10:43-45)

The Serve Ministry of The MET connects people each day to the real Jesus by living our design and equipping others to do so. Our ministry strategy is to see people enter into discovering their design, equip them to serve in their strengths, engage in meaningful ministry throughout the church and ensure that they are cared for as they care for others.
