As a church, the mission of The MET is to:
    connect people each day to the real Jesus in a real way.

God has given us an incredible opportunity to become a multi-site church that connects people to the real Jesus at our current location on Jones Road, and as of February 2009, reaching out to the Cypress community on Fry Road.

Simply put, we have the vision to be one church in multiple locations. This means we have one mission, one set of core values, one strategy, one staff, one budget and one church body. But we will meet in multiple locations.

In the last 43 years, God has done incredible things in the lives of people through The MET and we look forward to the next 40+ years as we add this new location and grow into our identity as a multi-site church.

February 8, 2009, The MET @ Fry Road launched in Hopper Middle School meeting every Sunday morning with services at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. With excellent and safe children’s programs, meaningful worship and messages relevant to your life, Worship at The MET @ Fry Road will be incredible. An effort like this only works through the commitment of a core group of people choosing to live their design and serve.

But it doesn’t stop there. During the week, you will have the opportunity to belong in a Life Group of people committed to doing life together. These Life Groups will be centered around practical Biblical teaching, encouraging discussions and authentic relationships, meeting in homes in just about every Cypress neighborhood.

We look forward to seeing you as we live for more together at our newest location on Fry Road at Hopper Middle School.
